UKGBC'S AGM 2026: Value, Visibility & Views

We are delighted to invite UKGBC members to our upcoming Annual General Meeting and Networking Reception on 30th September.
This year we will be returning to 150 Holborn, with huge thanks to Perkins&WillÌý²¹²Ô»åÌýSidara for generously welcoming us into their space. Their rooftop garden incorporates a mix of native and adapted plant species to enhance biodiversity and attract wildlife. It is the perfect spot for a sunset networking reception with views over London.Ìý
During the business of the AGM, we’ll share the voting results and reflect on our collective achievements and impact from the past financial year. We will also be looking forward to the year ahead, where there is a strong emphasis on creating value in times of increased pressure. Financial value and unlocking investment leads the conversation, but equally important is how we strengthen our organisation, support our people, and deliver meaningful impact. Value is the thread that connects our decisions and priorities, whether that’s shaping a more resilient industry, demonstrating the critical value of sustainability, or building a clear and compelling narrative about the difference we make.
Voting members will be asked to vote in advance on resolutions relating to the appointment and reappointment of Trustees.
Please note that voting will take place prior to the event, with the results formally announced during the AGM.
Following the formal business of the meeting, we warmly invite you to join us for a drinks reception and canapes.
The point(s) of contact for your organisation’s membership will receive the formal AGM notice and statutory documents from us via email at least two weeks before the meeting.
